Registration and profile details, membership and financial records, documents you upload, communications with us, and technical usage data needed to run and secure the platform.

To administer your membership and account, process contributions and orders, maintain accounting and audit records, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We process personal information on the basis of your consent, the performance of our agreement with you, and our legal obligations as a chartered accounting practice.

Access is restricted, transmissions are encrypted, and member records are stored in controlled systems with audit logging of administrative changes.

Records are retained for the periods required by South African company, tax and accounting legislation, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

All member funds are held and protected in a partner bank Digital Stokvel account, and member funds are insured.

The platform stores a secure session token and basic preferences on your device so that you can stay signed in and use the app offline where supported. No advertising trackers are used.
