A long-term concept of the Wealth Rotation System (WRS): connecting eligible member economic activity with potential participation in ownership across the SAMBO ecosystem.
The concept
“Shop Where You Own” is the future ownership concept of the Wealth Rotation System.
The intention is that eligible member economic activity within the ecosystem — everyday shopping, services and participation — can contribute toward potential participation in ownership over time.
Any ownership participation, including potential participation in JSE investments, will be offered only through appropriately regulated structures and is subject to applicable laws, regulation and eligibility requirements.
How members participate today
Members register for a SAMBO Member Services account, complete their member profile and access participating businesses and services through the member platform.
Economic activity across the ecosystem is recorded against the member record, which forms the basis for future participation frameworks.
Participation in any ownership structure, now or in future, is subject to applicable laws, regulatory approval and member eligibility requirements.
Nothing on this platform is an offer of securities or a guarantee of investment, ownership or financial return. Future ownership opportunities will be made available through appropriately regulated structures, subject to applicable legislation, regulatory approval and member eligibility.
