Terms of Service

The SAMBO platform is owned and operated by Luthando Maduna & Co. Chartered Accountants (Registration Number 2019/621826/07, SAICA Number 20055210), of 28 Beacon Avenue, Linbro Park AH, Sandton, 2196.

By registering for or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the POPIA notice.

Membership is personal, non-transferable and subject to identity verification and completion of your member profile.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

The operator may suspend or terminate membership where information is false, where the platform is misused, or where required by law.

Member contributions are received into the Partner Bank Digital Stokvel account operated by Luthando Maduna & Co. Chartered Accountants on behalf of members.

All member funds are held and protected in a partner bank Digital Stokvel account, and member funds are insured.

Contributions, adjustments, interest and allocations are recorded on your member ledger and reflected in your statements.

Orders placed through participating businesses on the platform are subject to availability, pricing and the delivery terms shown at checkout.

Rewards, cashback and any capital-allocation entries are recorded against your member account and may be adjusted where an order is cancelled, refunded or reversed.

Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, an offer of securities or a guarantee of investment, ownership or financial return.

Future ownership opportunities will be made available only through appropriately regulated structures, subject to applicable legislation, regulatory approval and member eligibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
